1. General Guidelines

By enrolling in any program at the Women's Swimming Training Centre, you agree to abide by our academy rules. We are committed to providing a safe, clean, and respectful environment for all members.

2. Hygiene and Attire

• Proper swimwear (nylon or lycra) is strictly mandatory. Cotton clothing is not permitted in the pool.
• Swimming caps are compulsory for all members to maintain pool hygiene.
• A thorough shower is required before entering the pool.
• Members with open wounds, skin infections, or contagious diseases will not be permitted in the pool.

3. Booking & Cancellation Policy

We strive to accommodate all students in their preferred batches. Please note the following regarding bookings and refunds:

• All slot bookings must be completed online or through our registration office prior to the session.
• Refunds: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the scheduled slot will receive a full refund.
• Same-day cancellations or no-shows are strictly non-refundable.
• In the event of pool maintenance or unforeseen closures on our end, a full refund or a make-up class will be provided.

4. Code of Conduct

Respect towards coaches, staff, and fellow members is paramount. The management reserves the right to terminate the membership of anyone exhibiting disruptive behavior, refusing to follow safety instructions, or violating our hygiene protocols, without refund.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While our certified coaches take utmost care in training and safety, swimming involves inherent risks. Members participate at their own risk. As explicitly agreed during enrollment, the Women's Swimming Training Centre is not liable for any claims whatsoever, for any kind of accident/injury, loss of life, or property by you or your ward sustained within our premises.

6. Declaration of Consent

By submitting the enrollment form, you formally declare and agree to abide by all the rules and regulations of the Women's Swimming Training Centre. Checking the declaration box during enrollment acts as a legally binding consent to these terms, conditions, and the liability waiver on behalf of yourself and any enrolled ward.
